I am a research assistant at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Karlsruhe, Germany) in the working group Numerical Modeling and Digitalization for Building Materials and Concrete Structures led by Dr. Ravi Patel. This group is part of the Institute of Concrete Structures and Building Materials, Department of Building Materials, headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Frank Dehn.
My research interests lie in multi-scale and multi-physics modeling of cementitious materials, with applications ranging from predicting degradation mechanisms and corrosion processes in reinforced concrete to studying processes such as hydration.
